REFUND POLICY

If you wish to return items for whatever reason, we do accept returns for items returned in unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered condition within 15 days from the date of your order. Items sent back for a return can be exchanged or refunded via store credit. Gunpowder and Thread is not responsible for shipping charges on items returned and original shipping costs are not refundable.

Defective and damaged items: if you have received a damaged item, please contact us at gunpowderandthreadboutique@gmail.com. Defective or damaged items will be replaced when available or refunded via store credit. We are not responsible for damage of items caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing. The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to lighting, computer monitor resolution, etc and do not qualify as defects.
